An indication of its authenticity, one of our favourite names is behind this wine, Peter Dredge. A summery pinot that comes from its week-long 50% carbonic maceration, natural ferment, time on skins, maturation in old French oak casks for four months. Un-fined, unfiltered, minimal sulphur. It’s really singing now.
