This wine has got the look, thanks to the illustrator Luke Day, but also the winemaking chops to push it beyond just a ‘good looking bottle’ territory. Hand picked, whole berry de-stemming, open-vat temperature controlled fermentation, gentle basket-pressing and no fining or filtration from the Schiller vineyard in Hallett Valley subregion of the Barossa Valley shows that each of the bottle (with only just over 200 dozen made) have been handcrafted with care.
