All the fundamentals: dry grown, organic fruit, a ripper site in Yallingup, WA. This wine was hand picked, foot stomped and wild fermented. Basket pressed to French oak barriques, sulpured at bottling. With mulberries, red currants and bay leaves, it’s an effortlessly graceful wine from 2016 Young Gun Winemaker of the Year, Josephine Perry.
