Brothers Koerner is the experimental arm of their namesake brand, where the brothers make wines that they hope have universal appeal. This grenache does just that. Picked from the Gullyview Vineyard in Watervale, which was planted in 1930, the Koerner brothers hand harvested, destemmed and retained 50% whole berries, before wild fermentation in open top steel fermenters and ten days on skins. It’s both juicy and earthy, will go great with many dishes but also perfectly enjoyable on its own. A red for the masses.
