Clare Valley Riesling practically sells itself. However, those that take a risk and try and show something new are often most rewarded – at least in our eyes. The wine was split between Slovenian oak and old barriques for fermentation, adding new intrigue and depth. It’s perhaps more bold and savoury than your typical CVR, but we personally wouldn’t change a thing.
