This precise and linear Riesling from the fine folks at Moorak Wines hails from the Yacca Paddock vineyard in Kuitpo in the Adelaide Hills. Achingly pure lime and citrus fruits at its core with some floral notes fluttering above, it’s a laser-focussed wine with a great velocity across the palate.
