A bright and juicy Côtes-du-Rhône from Eric Texier – who traded in a career as a nuclear engineer to be a winemaker. No atoms were split in the making of this wine, keeping things lo-fi by co-harvesting four varieties with whole bunch fermentation, native yeasts and gentle fermentation in concrete and hardly any sulphur.
