Trutta Wines is Jake Winther’s handcrafted and honest operation out of Central Victoria. No additions are made, where possible, albeit some sulphur at bottling. From organic fruit with wild ferments and old oak, this is cool climate shiraz, dancing with red-sour-sweet cherries, and finishing with earthy undertones. Glossy yet wild. Watch this space.
