A new project by acclaimed BK Wines, deviating from fermenting grapes to apples, the other main libation of the Adelaide Hills. This cider leans towards the French style – hence the cidre name – and is made to be refreshing and juicy, yet with a dry finish. Far classier than anything you would generally find commercially and a great alternative to wine or a lower alcohol option. While understandably a side hustle to complement the wine offering, we hope this is not just a once-off.
