Equal parts cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon, Col McBryde and Jen Gardner make this from organic fruit in the Clare's Polish Hill River. Hand-picked, de-stemmed, 50% crushed, 50% not, fermented separately, and in neutral French oak for 7 months. This sings with intensity and acid, raspberry and blackcurrant, violet and leaves. No sulphur added.
